انتشار تبلیغات شغلی ، غربالگری مجدد و انجام مصاحبه های تلفنی
دعوت از نامزدهای واجد شرایط برای مصاحبه
هماهنگ کردن فرایندهای مصاحبه با مدیران بخش مربوطه
پیگیری در مراحل ارزیابی
استفاده می کند

ارزیابی صلاحیت های نامزدها از طریق مصاحبه های تلفنی و حضوری بر اساس مدلهای شایستگی
انجام ارزیابی های روانشناختی و شایستگی برای اطمینان از هماهنگی با فرهنگ سازمانی
ارائه گزارش های تحلیلی در مورد هزینه های استخدام و اثربخشی روش
انجام بررسی های پیش زمینه در استفاده از ATS (سیستم ردیابی کاربردی)














روانشناسی ، مدیریت ، مهندسی صنایع یا زمینه های مرتبط
حداقل 3 سال تجربه در استخدام و انتخاب
داشتن خصوصیاتی از قبیل مربیگری ، اشتیاق به یادگیری ، توجه به جزئیات ، مهارت های تحلیلی ، دانش و سازگاری ، ارتباطات مؤثر ، رفتار دوستانه و متعهد ، تنظیم عاطفی ، تنظیم عاطفی ، و ویژگی های ایجاد مشکل ، به ویژه در مورد استفاده از این ، انگلیسی

• Posting job advertisements in line with staffing requests.
• Publishing job ads, screening résumés, and conducting phone interviews.
• Inviting qualified candidates for interviews.
• Coordinating interview processes with relevant department managers.
• Following up on the assessment stages.
• Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job sites, social media, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with headhunting processes.
• Evaluating candidates' qualifications through phone and in-person interviews based on competency models.
• Administering psychological and competency assessments to ensure alignment with organizational culture.
• Providing analytical reports on recruitment costs and method effectiveness.
• Conducting background checks.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Residence: Tehran.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Possessing qualities such as coachability, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, analytical skills, openness to change, adaptability, effective communication, friendly and committed demeanor, active listening, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of English.
