مسئولیت‌ها:
طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های جذب استعدادهای برتر در حوزه‌های فناوری، مالی و بازاریابی
مدیریت کامل چرخه استخدام از شناسایی تا انتخاب نهایی با تمرکز بر تجربه‌ی کاندیدا
همکاری نزدیک با مدیران تیم‌ها برای درک عمیق نیازهای شغلی و طراحی شرح‌وظایف مؤثر
بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای دیجیتال، شبکه‌های حرفه‌ای و روش‌های خلاقانه در جذب استعداد
ساخت و تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر شفافیت، رشد، مسئولیت‌پذیری و نوآوری
تحلیل داده‌ها و بهبود مستمر فرآیندها برای افزایش کارایی، دقت و سرعت جذب


شرایط احراز:
حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه حرفه‌ای در جذب و استخدام، به‌ویژه در صنایع فناوری، مالی یا استارتاپی
تجربه موفق در جذب استعدادهای تخصصی (Tech Talent) و مدیریت هم‌زمان چندین موقعیت شغلی
توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر شاخص‌های عملکردی (KPIs)
ذهنیت خلاق، انعطاف‌پذیر و توان طراحی راهکارهای نوآورانه در حوزه HR
آشنایی با ابزارهای منابع انسانی مانند ATS، HRIS و سیستم‌های ارزیابی عملکرد

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing top talent acquisition strategies in the fields of technology, finance and marketing
Managing the entire recruitment cycle from identification to final selection with a focus on the candidate experience
Working closely with team managers to deeply understand job needs and design effective job descriptions
Using digital tools, professional networks and creative methods in recruitment Talent
Building and strengthening an organizational culture based on transparency, growth, responsibility and innovation
Data analysis and continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and speed of recruitment


Qualification conditions:
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and hiring, especially in the technology, financial or startup industries
Successful experience in attracting specialized talent (Tech Talent) and simultaneous management of several job positions
Ability to analyze data and decision-making based on performance indicators (KPIs)
Creative, flexible mindset and the ability to design innovative solutions in the field of HR
Familiarity with human resources tools such as ATS, HRIS and performance evaluation systems
