• حداقل دو سال سابقۀ توسعه یا آموزش منابع انسانی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.

توانایی طراحی برنامه های بهبود فرهنگ سازمان و هدایت فرهنگ در راستای استراتژی کلان سازمان
توانایی طراحی برنامه های استعدادیابی و نگهداشت استعدادها
توانایی طراحی و بهبود سیستم های منابع انسانی از جمله مدیریت عملکرد، تجربه کارکنان و مدیریت استعداد
توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر

• Familiarity with different models of performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with the preparation of organization job descriptions.
• Familiarity with human resources standards.
• Bachelor or Master degree in human resources management, educational management or other related fields.
• At least two years of experience in human resources development or training.
