We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process — from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish job postings across various platforms.
Source and attract candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone and in-person).
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Enhance the Candidate Experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills & Expertise
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with modern sourcing strategies and talent attraction techniques.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of assessment methods and interview processes.
Proficiency in interview techniques.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
