Responsibilities: • Carrying out recruitment and hiring process according to the defined procedure
• Recruitment from different channels (Sourcing)
• Onboarding
• Preparation of Talent Pool for key job positions
• Preparation and setting up required recruitment reports • Optimum and effective management and providing creative plans in order to improve the recruitment process Regarding organizational positions
Specialized skills:
• Familiarity with the techniques and principles of competency-based interview (CBI)
• Familiarity with the methods of meeting job requirements (interview, test, etc.) )
• Familiarity with KPIs related to recruitment and hiring
• Familiarity with how to implement onboarding
• Familiarity with various types of specialized and behavioral competencies
• Familiarity with the principles of job description
• Ability Implementation of identification, recruitment, recruitment processes

Organizational conditions:
• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
