Acts as an internal consultant for line management regarding employment matters.
Gathers prepares, and analyzes various employment data related to advertising effectiveness, minority employment, recruiting campaigns, and other related items as needed.
Develops advertising campaigns, determines ad placement, and coordinates advertising schedules in appropriate media.
Requirements
Being motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Thought leader with creative solutions to make an immediate impact
Ability to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, rapidly-changing environment
Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management
Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting
