3- Initial evaluation and screening of received resumes
4- Conducting interviews Telephone and evaluation of applicants
5- Identifying, communicating and attracting potential applicants using recruitment channels and specialized media
6- Coordinating and holding interview sessions and advancing the evaluation process completely from behavioral interview to review Job records of the applicants
7- Planning and implementation of on-boarding and off-boarding process
8- Presentation of recruitment unit reports
9- Knowledge and ability to perform various intelligence and personality tests and mental abilities
10- Mastering the STAR technique in interviews
Skills:

3- Organized, committed, punctual Knowledgeable, responsible. 4- Coordination and effective communication with colleagues Qualification conditions: Bachelor or Master degree in industrial engineering, management and MBA, psychology and Related fields
2 to 3 years of experience related to recruiting and hiring
Familiar with types of behavioral, situational and competency-based interviews
Familiar with types of competencies and interview techniques
Familiar with indicators Recruiting and Recruiting
Experience working with ATS applicant tracking systems
