• توانایی ارائه طرح‌های خلاقانه در راستای بهبود فرایند جذب.
• آشنا با فرایند و تکنیک‌های مصاحبه‌های خروج.
• توانایی همکاری در زمینه طراحی آزمون‌های تخصصی و عمومی استخدامی متناسب با شرح شغل و ویژگی‌های احراز کارجو برای شغل.
• مسلط به فرایند جامعه‌پذیری نیروی انسانی.
• مسلط به تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های جذب و خروج نیروی انسانی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• توانایی مذاکره.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری.
• روحیه کار تیمی و گروهی.
• روابط عمومی مناسب.
• روحیه پیگیری برای انجام امور محوله.
• مدیریت زمان و برنامه‌ریزی.
