نیازمند به یک کارشناس حرفه‌ای در حوزه جذب و استخدام و امور دفتری از صفر تا صد هستیم که با دقت و مهارت تمامی مراحل فرآیند جذب نیروی انسانی از کارشناس تا مدیر را انجام دهد؛

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه جذب و استخدام.
• مسلط به ابزارها و پلتفرم‌های جذب نیرو (مانند LinkedIn، ابزارهای ATS و سایر سیستم‌های مرتبط).
• توانایی انجام کار به‌صورت دورکار همراه با مدیریت موثر زمان و وظایف.
• مهارت در برقراری ارتباط حرفه‌ای و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
• آشنایی با روش‌های جستجوی پیشرفته و ابزارهای Talent Acquisition.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم جذب و استخدام.
