Job description: • Identifying employment needs: Cooperate with department managers and human resources managers to identify job needs, develop job descriptions and determine the requirements and skills needed for each position. • Management of the hiring process: perform all Recruiting steps, including posting job ads, managing applicants' programs, reviewing resumes and conducting human resources interviews
• Reviewing recruitment sources: using different recruitment sources to access top talents.
• Managing the interview process: Arranging and coordinating interviews with internal teams, gathering feedback and presenting job offers to final candidates.
• Development and maintenance of applicant database: Create and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future needs.
• Employer brand: helping to strengthen the company's employer brand through participation in talent recruitment events, networking and communicating with universities and various institutions. Analysis and reporting: providing periodic reports to the human resources management regarding the amount Recruiting, performance metrics, and process optimization.
• Support in the deployment of new employees: Collaboration in the Onboarding process of new employees to ensure their quick and successful integration in different teams
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of recruiting and hiring
• Mastery of tools and platforms related to recruiting and hiring and ATS system
• Mastery of all types of behavioral, situational and competency-based interviews
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has at least a bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial engineering, psychology and related fields
• Has previous experience in Tech base
