خلاصه موقعیت
مهندس کارخانه از متخصصین و فنی تعمیر و نگهداری و بهبود (m&i) در کارخانه برای فعالیت‌های عملیاتی و مشارکت در پروژه‌های بهبود پشتیبانی می‌کند. انجام این کار در راستای دستورالعمل‌های شرکت، اجرای این امر که تمامی فعالیت‌های m&i اهداف تجاری، کیفیت محصول، و عملکرد/عملکرد کارخانه را افزایش می‌دهند و در عین حال اطمینان می‌دهند که سلامت و ایمنی افراد، ایمنی محصول و محیط زیست هرگز به خطر نمی‌افتد.


مسئولیت‌ها:
• فعال کردن عملیات با کارایی بالا، با ارائه استراتژی تعمیر و نگهداری دارایی‌ها بر اساس رویکرد t-pml. حفظ/بهبود دارایی‌های ثابت و مدیریت چرخه عمر آن‌ها.
• پشتیبانی در پروژه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در کارخانه او تضمین می‌کند که راه‌حل فنی از استانداردهای شرکت و بازار پیروی می‌کند و با کیفیت مورد انتظار، به موقع و در چارچوب بودجه ارائه می‌شود. مسئولیت ها شامل تهیه کاربر و مشخصات فنی، هماهنگی نیازهای کاربران اصلی (تولید، کیفیت و غیره)، پیگیری توسعه راه حل، پیش آزمون، اجرا و آموزش اپراتورها و خدمه تعمیر و نگهداری است. باید جزئیات فنی راه‌حل‌های m&i را در همه پروژه‌ها کاملاً درک کند.
• ایمنی فرآیند و تجهیزات را برای افراد، محصولات و محیط زیست تضمین می‌کند و اینکه فرد نگرش عدم تحمل مطلق را برای موقعیت‌های ناامن نشان می‌دهد. اطمینان حاصل کنید که مدیریت تغییر برای مدیریت مناسب اصلاحات در راه حل های m&i وجود دارد. از اعمال بازار و قوانین محلی مرتبط با m&i اطمینان حاصل کنید.
• مهندسان تعمیر و نگهداری با تسلط بر فرآیند و ویژگی های محصول، نقش کلیدی در بهبود مستمر کارخانه های ما دارند. مهندس m&i باید بینش عمیقی نسبت به فرآیندها داشته باشد و به طور مداوم برای بهبود کیفیت، ایمنی یا کارایی تلاش کند و در عین حال از دانش فنی و مزیت رقابتی محافظت کند.
• در اجرای ابزارهای مهندسی در سطح سایت (یعنی nims، amm و غیره) مشارکت می‌کند. تضمین می کند که همه تاسیسات m&i با استانداردهای ایمنی، بهداشت، محیط زیست، ایمنی محصول و کیفیت محصول در بازار و شرکت مطابقت دارند. تضمین می کند که اسناد کلیدی m&i به روز و در محل هستند (روش های کالیبراسیون و غیره). در فعالیت های m&i در کارخانه شرکت می کند.


شرایط مورد نیاز:
• مدرک لیسانس/کارشناسی ارشد در مهندسی مکانیک/برق.
• بیش از 5 سال تجربه در یک رشته مهندسی.
• مهارت های رهبری عالی، مهارت های تفکر تحلیلی قوی، و رویکرد نتیجه گرا.
• ذهنیت حل مسئله و روحیه کار تیمی عالی.
• یادگیرنده سریع و ابتکار.
• توانایی کار تحت فشار و داشتن احساس مسئولیت.
• زبان انگلیسی زبان متوسط/مسلط.
• تعهد بالا به ایمنی و کیفیت با درک بالا از اصول ایمنی و زیست محیطی.

IF Plant Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY
Plant Engineer is providing support to Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) professionals and technical in the Factory for operational activities and participation in improvement projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.


Responsibilities:
• Enable high-performance Operations, by providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy, using TPM/PM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintaining/improving fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle.
• Support in Capital Investments projects in his Plant ensures that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and within budget. Responsibilities include the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow-up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation, and training of operators and maintenance crews. Must fully understand the technical details of the M&I solutions in all projects.
• Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Ensure that Change Management is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the M&I solutions. Ensure the application of the market and local M&I-related legislation.
• Maintenance engineers play a key role in the continuous improvement of our factories by mastering the process and product characteristics. The M & I engineer must have a deep insight into the processes and continuously strive for the improvement of quality, safety, or efficiency while protecting the technological know-how and competitive advantage.
• Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at the site level (i.e., NIMS, AMM, etc.). Ensures that all M&I installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and product quality standards. Ensures that the key M&I documentation is up to date and in place (Calibration procedures, etc.). Participates in the M&I activities in the factory.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering discipline.
• Great leadership skills, Strong analytical thinking skills, and a Result-Oriented approach.
• Great Problem-Solving mindset and Teamwork spirit.
• Quick learner and Initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and have a sense of responsibility.
• Upper Intermediate/Proficient spoke and writing English.
• High commitment to Safety and Quality with a high understanding of safety and environmental principles.
