ما به دنبال یک کارشناس hse برای کارخانه خود در تاکستان هستیم.
صاحب کار مسئولیت هماهنگی و اجرای فعالیت‌های مرتبط با سیستم‌های مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست در تاکستان برای شناسایی خطرات، کاهش خطرات و جلوگیری از حوادث را بر عهده خواهد داشت.
وظایف اصلی:
کمک به hse در اجرای برنامه راهبردی بهداشت محیطی، ccup، و
برنامه راهبردی بهداشت محیطی، o خطرات فیزیکی، شیمیایی، بیولوژیکی، الکتریکی، مکانیکی و ارگونومیکی را کاهش دهید.
برنامه های آموزشی ایمنی را برای کارکنان و پیمانکاران ایجاد و نظارت کنید.

We are looking for an HSE expert for our plant in Takestan.
The job holder will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the occupational health, safety, and environment management systems-related activities in Takestan to identify hazards, reduce risk, and prevent accidents.
Main Tasks:
Assist the HSE in implementing the annual strategic plan for occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
Identify and mitigate physical, chemical, biological, electrical, mechanical, and ergonomic hazards.
Develop and oversee safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE policies, ISO standards, and industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to improve workplace safety.
Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions.
Maintain an accident database and analyze trends to reduce incident rates.
Oversee LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) compliance and ensure proper implementation.
Evaluate environmental aspects and impacts, ensuring sustainability initiatives.
Assist in emergency response planning and training for crisis situations.
Actively engage with employees on the shop floor to promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
A university degree related to safety, compliant with the labor office requirements.
At least 4 years of experience in HSE in a manufacturing environment.
Good command of English.
Competent in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and the ability to train others in a teamwork effort.
Familiar with safety, health, and environment programs, ISO *******, 14001, and 45001 requirements and audits.
Knowledge of risk management.
Knowledge of LOTO procedure.
