شرح شغل
تسلط بر برنامه‌ریزی فروش و پلن‌گذاری
افزایش پاخور فروشگاه و رسیدن به اهداف تعریف شده برای فروشگاه
گزارش‌گیری و ارائه گزارشات روند فروش به مدیران ارشد
تسلط بر منابع انسانی فروشگاهی
تضمین فروش پویا و حفظ بازار فروش خرده‌فروشی در فروشگاه (تسلط نسبی بر مارکتینگ)
کنترل و نظارت بر فرآیند اطلاع‌رسانی و آگاه‌سازی مشتریان نسبت به برنامه‌ها و طرح‌های فروش در منطقه
بررسی وضعیت موجودی کالاها در سیستم جهت برنامه‌ریزی فروش به مشتری
انجام پیگیری‌های لازم جهت ارسال و تحویل کالا به مشتری و تکمیل اسناد مالی و اعتباری مشتری در سیستم
ارائه و دریافت بازخورد از اعضای تیم زیرمجموعه به منظور تحقق پلن‌ها و اهداف فروش
برنامه‌ریزی و تلاش در جهت همسو کردن فعالیت‌های واحد با اهداف و استراتژی‌های سازمان

Job description
Mastery of sales planning and planning
Increasing store footfall and reaching the defined goals for the store
Reporting and presenting sales process reports to senior managers
Mastery of store human resources
Ensuring dynamic sales and maintaining the retail sales market in the store (relative mastery of marketing)
Controlling and monitoring the process Informing and making customers aware of sales plans and plans in the region
Checking the inventory status of goods in the system to plan sales to the customer
