We are looking for a Jira Administrator with a solid background in Linux systems and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments to support business processes and enhance team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design optimized configurations and workflows across Atlassian tools.
- Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate Jira with external systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation scripts.
- Evaluate, license, and configure plugins and add-ons to extend functionality.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for Jira and related systems in coordination with IT and business teams.
- Develop automation scripts (Python, Groovy, Bash) to streamline repetitive tasks and enable system integrations.
- Implement AI-driven automation for ticket triage, summarization, sentiment analysis, and predictive issue assignment.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards (Power BI, Grafana, AI-powered dashboards) for Jira data insights.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level proficiency in Linux administration (CLI, file systems, permissions).
- Hands-on experience managing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments.
- Strong knowledge of Jira APIs, webhooks, and plugin management.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash).
- Familiarity with AI-based automation and analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
