Jira Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and related platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about process improvement, automation, and building scalable governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Jira and Confluence, including user administration, permissions, workflows, and schemes
• Design and maintain custom fields, dashboards, filters, and reports to support governance and audit requirements
• Implement automation rules and integrations to streamline processes across DevOps, Security, and Operations teams
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, changes, standards, and governance policies
• Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and reporting KPIs
• Provide training, guidance, and user support across the organization
• Evaluate new Atlassian features, plugins, and integrations to improve efficiency and tool adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools
• Strong knowledge of JQL, dashboards, advanced configurations, and automation
• Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrations with Atlassian platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills along with strong documentation and communication abilities
