Responsibilities:

Installation and Deployment:
- Merged all Jira services in the company into one unit service.
Management and Configuration of Jira:
- Daily management and support of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and
Confluence. - Configuring and maintaining workflows, permissions, custom fields, and issue
types in Jira
Support and Troubleshooting:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues and user
requests. - Collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements and
- implementing solutions in Jira to enhance productivity.
User Management and Security:
- Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within Jira.
- Monitoring Jira performance and usage to ensure optimal performance and
making recommendations for improvements.
Integration and Automation:
- Implementing necessary integrations with other tools and systems used within
the company. - Developing Automation Rules and custom scripts with Groovy for process
automation.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, filters, and reports tailored to different
team needs. - Documenting processes and best practices related to Jira administration.
Qualifications:
- Experience and Skills:
Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of Jira
Software and Jira Service Management.
Experience in configuring and managing workflows, schemes, and custom fields
in Jira. - Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with popular Jira add-ons (such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, and Insight)
and experience using them.
Strong knowledge of Jira integrations with other tools and systems.
- Understanding Methodologies:
Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies
(Agile/Scrum and ITIL).
Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into Jira configurations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate
effectively within a team.
