At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our technology team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Jira Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using BPMN to enhance efficiency and alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the Jira environment.
- Assist end-users and teams in using Jira effectively, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on best practices.
- Knowledge of using custom plugins, scripts, or integrations using Jira API and Jira's scripting language (e.g., Jira Query Language, Groovy)to extend the platform's functionalities and integrate it with other tools as needed.
- Implement advanced Jira configurations to automate workflows and streamline processes.
- Customize Jira workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and notification schemes to align with the organization's project management and issue tracking requirements.
- Define and manage security schemes, roles, and permissions in Jira to control access to projects and issues while maintaining data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Jira configurations, customizations, and best practices for the organization.
- Collect, clean, and analyze process data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Jira administration
- Proficiency in customizing Jira workflows, screens, issue types, and field configurations
- proficiency in Groovy and jquery programming languages
- Familiarity with integrating Jira with other tools and systems
- Proficiency in creating automation rules and scripts to automate routine tasks
- Skilled in designing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Jira
- Ability to set up and manage security schemes, roles, and permissions in Jira
- Basic data analysis skills to derive insights from Jira data for process improvement.
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, Python ,html, ,mysql ,react, node.js , laravel is a big
