شرح شغل:

• طراحی و بازطراحی فرآیندها و سیستم‌های منابع انسانی.
• همکاری و تعامل با مدیران و کارکنان برای بهبود روابط کاری.
• همکاری با سایر اعضای واحد منابع انسانی برای اجرای برنامه‌های منابع انسانی.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات منابع انسانی و تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
• برگزاری جلسات مستمر با مدیران سازمان و بازرگانی جهت اطلاع از برنامه‌های استراتژیک سازمان و ارائه مشاوره به آن‌ها در صورت نیاز.
• ترویج ارزش‌ها و فرهنگ سازمانی.

Job description and duties:
Design and redesign of human resources processes and systems
Cooperation and interaction with managers and employees to improve working relationships
Cooperating with other members of the human resources unit to implement human resources programs
Complete mastery of all human resources modules
Analyzing human resource data and information and preparing analytical reports
Holding continuous meetings with organization and business managers to inform about the organization's strategic plans and providing advice to them if needed
Promoting organizational values and culture
