شرح شغل:

• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی مستندات مانیتورینگ و مرکز داده مطابق سند الزامات شاپرک.
• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی لیست تجهیزات مرکز داده و ارتباطات مربوطه.
• به‌روز نگهداری تجهیزات در سامانه های مانیتورینگ Solarwinds ،Zabbix و غیره.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات مربوط به رخدادها.
• پاسخ‌گویی تماس‌های تلفنی خارج از ساعت اداری و روزهای تعطیل (آنکال).
• نظارت بر حسن اجرای عملیات توسط پیمانکاران.
• راه‌اندازی سامانه‌های جدید جهت بهبود عملکرد و توسعه مانیتورینگ.
• ورود و خروج، نصب و جمع‌آوری تجهیزات و کابل‌های مربوطه (کابل مسی و فیبر نوری).

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به +Network.
• مسلط به ابزارهای مانیتورینگ شامل Zabbix ،Solarwinds ،Grafana ،PRTG.
• آشنایی به سیستم‌عامل‌های لینوکس و ویندوز.
• آشنایی با دوره‌های CCNA.
• توانایی حل مسئله.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
• توانایی پیگیری امور تا حصول نتیجه.

Updating equipment maintenance in Solarwinds, Zabbix,...
Preparation and presentation of reports related to Incidents
Answering telephone calls outside office hours and holidays (Ancal)
Monitoring the good execution of operations by contractors
Launching new systems to improve performance and develop monitoring
Entry and exit, Installation and collection of related equipment and cables (copper and optical fiber cables)
Requirements:
Mastery of Network+
Proficient in monitoring tools including Zabbix, Solarwinds, Grafana, prtg
Familiar with operating systems Linux and Windows
familiarization with CCNA courses
ability to solve problems
ability to manage time
following things up to achieving results
