شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر شبکه‌های Data Center ،Enterprise و WAN.
• شناسایی و عیب‌یابی مشکلات شبکه.
• انجام تغییرات و اعمال کانفیگ تجهیزات در زمان رخداد.
• ایجاد و یا حذف دسترسی بر روی فایروال و سایر تجهیزات شبکه.
• پاسخگویی و بررسی رخدادهای اعلامی از طریق تماس تلفنی و یا تیکت‌های دریافتی.
• تحلیل لاگ تجهیزات شامل فایروال، لود بالانسر، روتر و سوئیچ.
• مستندسازی و ارائه گزارش رخدادهای شبکه.
• یادگیری سریع فناوری‌های جدید و انتقال دانش به سایر همکاران.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک CCNA.
• مسلط به مفاهیم روتینگ و سوییچینگ.
• تجربه کار عملی با تجهیزات سیسکو (سوییچ و روتر).
• آشنایی با مفاهیم فایروال و تجهیزات امنیتی (فایروال‌های سیسکو و جونیپر).
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ شبکه.
• توانایی کار در شیفت گردشی 12 - 24.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• توانایی کار تحت استرس.
• توانایی استفاده روان از متون انگلیسی تخصصی مرتبط.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان در پاسخگویی، عیب‌یابی و حل مشکلات.

Description of duties:
- Monitor Data Center, Enterprise and WAN networks
- Identify and troubleshoot network problems
- Make changes and apply equipment configuration at the time of incident
- Create or remove access to on the firewall and other network equipment
- Responding and investigating the reported events through phone calls or received tickets
- Analyzing equipment logs including firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches
- Documenting and presenting reports Network events
- Quick learning of new technologies and transfer of knowledge to other colleagues

Required knowledge and skills:
- CCNA certificate
- Proficient in routing and switching concepts
- Practical work experience with Cisco equipment (switches and routers)
- Familiarity with firewall concepts and security equipment (Cisco and Juniper firewalls)
- Familiarity with network monitoring software
- Ability to work in 12-24 rotating shift
- Team work spirit
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to fluently use related specialized English texts
- Ability to manage time in responding, troubleshooting and solving problems
