• روابط عمومی بالا و رعایت اصول مشتری‌مداری.

• وظیفه شناسی و مسئولیت‌پذیری.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ از قبیل CACTI ،ZABBIX ،PRTG و غیره.
• دانش کافی در زمینه CCNP ،CCNA ،MTCNA ،.NET.
• مدرک کارشناسی (یا دانشجو) در رشته‌های فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• محدوده سنی ایده‌آل: 20 تا 35 سال.
• داشتن سابقه کار مرتبط.

- مانیتورینگ مستمر تجهیزات و سرویس ها و پیگیری و بررسی آلارم های سیستم مانیتورینگ
- پاسخگویی تماس ها و تیکت های مشتریان و رفع مشکلات آنها
- داشتن روابط عمومی بالا و رعایت اصول مشتری مداری
- داشتن روحیه مشارکت و کار تیمی، وظیفه شناسی و مسئولیت پذیری
- توانایی مستند سازی اطلاعات و ارائه گزارشات دقیق به مدیران
- آشنایی با نرم افزارهای مانیتورینگ از قبیل CACTI, ZABBIX, PRTG و ...
- دانش کافی در زمینه CCNP , CCNA, MTCNA, NET
- مدرک کارشناسی در رشته فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا رشته های مرتبط
- محدوده سنی ایده آل 20 الی 35
- داشتن سابقه کار مرتبط
