شرح شغل:

• مانیتورینگ و نظارت بر عملکرد شبکه، زیرساخت و کلیه سامانه‌ها و سرویس‌های شبکه در شیفت‌های 7/24.
• پیگیری قطعی‌های شبکه.
• ثبت رخدادها و تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مربوط به رخدادها.
• ایجاد گزارش‌های شیفت و هفتگی.
• آنالیز قطعی و مشکلات در لایه‌های مدل TCP/IP.
• اطلاع‌رسانی به‌موقع به سرپرست در مورد وضعیت سرویس‌ها و لینک‌های مختلف.
• همکاری موثر در فرآیندها و رخدادها.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی کار در شیفت چرخشی به صورت 7/24.
• توانایی ارائه گزارش تحلیلی (روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه).
• توانایی مستندسازی.
• تجربه کار با سامانه‌های مانیتورینگ.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های مبتنی بر لینوکس در سطوح LPIC1.
• توانایی کار با سیستم‌های مبتنی بر ویندوز در سطح MCSA.
• مسلط به مفاهیم کلی شبکه در سطوح CCNA و +Network.
• مسلط به حوزه زیرساخت و شبکه و مجازی‌سازی در سطح vCenter .
• توانایی فعالیت در حوزه نرم‌افزار و پردازش داده.
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای مورد نیاز در مرکز عملیات شبکه مانند Zabbix ،SolarWinds ،PRTG.
• توانایی بهبود فرایندها.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های کاری چابک (Agile).
• آشنایی با مدل کاری ITIL.

Job description:


Monitoring and supervising the performance of the network, infrastructure and all network systems and services in 24/7 shifts.
Following up network outages. Analytical reports related to incidents.
Creation of shift and weekly reports.
Certain analysis and problems in TCP/IP model layers.
Timely notification to supervisor about the status of services and links. different.
Effective cooperation in processes and events.

Qualification conditions:


Ability to work in rotating shifts 24/7.
Ability to provide analytical reports (daily , weekly and monthly).
Ability to document.
Experience working with monitoring systems.
Familiarity with Linux based systems at LPIC1 levels.
Ability to work with systems based on on Windows at MCSA level.
Proficient in general network concepts at CCNA and Network + levels.
Proficient in infrastructure and network and virtualization at vCenter level.
Ability to work in the field of software and data processing.
Ability to work with the tools needed in the network operations center such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG.
Ability to improve processes.
Team work spirit.
Familiar with agile work models (Agile). Familiarity with ITIL working model.
