سرپرست حسابداری | Accounting Supervisor

به‌دنبال یک سرپرست حسابداری با تجربه و دقیق هستیم که بتواند فرآیندهای مالی مجموعه را مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی کند. این فرد مسئول برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت و کنترل مالی مجموعه خواهد بود و با ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی، پیشنهادات کاربردی برای بهبود عملکرد مالی ارائه خواهد کرد. انتظار می‌رود سرپرست حسابداری با تسلط بر اصول حسابداری، قوانین مالیاتی، بودجه‌بندی و کنترل هزینه‌ها، نقش کلیدی در حفظ سلامت مالی و رشد پایدار مجموعه ایفا کند. نظارت بر امور مالی، هدایت تیم حسابداری، مدیریت نقدینگی و همکاری با حسابرسان از جمله وظایف مهم این موقعیت شغلی است.

شرح شغل:

• تنظیم و تدوین رویه‌های حسابداری (مالی و مالیاتی).
• ارائه پیشنهادات بهینه‌سازی بودجه و افزایش کارایی منابع مالی.
• تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه.
• تهیه صورت مالی و تجزیه وتحلیل آن.
• تهیه اظهارنامه مالیاتی (عملکرد و ارزش افزوده).
• نظارت بر عملکرد واحد حسابداری و رعایت کلیه قوانین مالیاتی.
• بررسی موجودی های نقدی و حساب‌های بانکی.
• بررسی موجودی انبار.
• محاسبه بهای تمام شده و تهیه گزارشات مربوطه.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم حسابداری.
• نظارت بر اعضای تیم آموزش‌های مستمر اعضا.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مدیریت مالی.
• توانایی درک آنالیز گزارشات مالی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• مسلط به مباحث مالیاتی، بیمه، حقوق و دستمزد و قانون کار.
• توانایی ارائه گزارشات مالی و تفسیر آن.
• توانایی برقراری روش‌های مالی و مالیاتی بر اساس استانداردهای حسابداری.
• حداقل سن: 30 سال.
• جنسیت مد نظر: ترجیحا آقا.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 

Description:
We are looking for an experienced and accurate accounting supervisor who can manage and optimize the financial processes of the collection. The person will be responsible for planning, monitoring and financial control of the collection and will provide practical suggestions to improve financial performance by presenting analytical reports. The accounting supervisor is expected to play a key role in maintaining financial health and sustainable growth by mastering accounting principles, tax laws, budgeting and cost control. Financial affairs, guidance of the accounting team, liquidity management, and cooperation with auditors are important tasks of this job position.

Entrepreneurship Conditions:
Having Minimum Accounting Certificate
Taxes, Insurance, Wage and Labor Law
Provide financial reports and interpret it
The ability to establish financial and tax methods based on accounting standards
at least 30 years of age
preferably 5 years of useful experience
