شرح مسئولیت ها:

• هدایت کل مجموعه و مدیریت یک تیم حدوداً 100 نفره
• توسعه و بهبود ساختار سازمانی، فرآیندها و استانداردهای عملیاتی کلینیک
• مدیریت عملکرد واحدهای فروش، مارکتینگ، نرسینگ، پذیرش، لابراتوار و کالسنتر
• تحلیل داده‌های عملکردی و تصمیم‌گیری برای رشد پایدار و حفظ سودآوری
• همکاری نزدیک با مدیرعامل فعلی جهت دریافت دانش فنی و انتقال آن به ساختار مدیریتی
• اجرای پروژه‌های توسعه‌ای و ایجاد تفاوت معنادار در عملکرد کلینیک
• مدیریت منابع انسانی، بهبود نگهداشت و جذب افراد مناسب با سیستم فعلی

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه مؤثر در مدیریت کلان یک سازمان خدماتی یا عملیاتی
• توان هدایت تیم بزرگ (بالای 50 نفر) و توسعه ساختار
• روحیه کارآفرینانه، فرصت‌جو و خروجی‌محور
• توان تحلیل داده، تصمیم‌گیری سریع و حل مسئله
• آشنایی با سیستم‌سازی، KPIها و استانداردهای عملیاتی
• حدوداً 40 سال، تکنولوژی‌محور و به‌روز
• دستاوردهای قابل اندازه‌گیری در نقش‌های مدیریتی قبلی
• مدرک تحصیلی اهمیت بالایی ندارد؛ توان اثبات‌شده مدیریتی مهم است

Description of responsibilities:

• Leading the entire group and managing a team of about 100 people
• Developing and improving the organizational structure, processes and operational standards of the clinic
• Managing the performance of the sales, marketing, nursing, reception, laboratory and call center units
• Analyzing performance data and making decisions For sustainable growth and maintaining profitability
• Close cooperation with the current CEO to receive technical knowledge and transfer it to the management structure
• Implementation of development projects and creating a meaningful difference in clinic performance
• Human resource management, improving retention and attracting suitable people with the current system

Qualification conditions:

• Effective experience in the macro management of a service or operational organization
• Ability to lead a large team (over 50 people) and develop the structure
• Entrepreneurial spirit, opportunity Output-oriented atmosphere
• Ability to analyze data, make quick decisions and solve problems
• Familiarity with systemization, KPIs and operational standards
• About 40 years, technology-oriented and up-to-date
• Measurable achievements in previous management roles
• Education degree is not very important; Proven managerial ability is important
