شرح شغل:
- برنامه ریزی و سازماندهی و نظارت بر کلیه فرآیندهای تولید
- مدیریت منابع انسانی کارخانه و افزایش بهره وری نیروی کار
- کنترل کیفیت محصولات و نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای تولید
- مدیریت زمانبندی تولید , کاهش ضایعات و کنترل هزینه ها
- هماهنگی با واحد های فروش , طراحی و تدارکات
- نظارت بر نگهداری و بهره برداری صحیح از ماشین آلات و تجهیزات
- توانایی گزارش گیری و گزارش دهی
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریت در کارخانه های تولیدی ( صنعت مبل و صنایع چوب)
- تسلط بر فرآیندهای تولید مبل , مواد اولیه و یراق آلات
- توانایی رهبری تیم , تصمیم گیری و حل مسئله
_ آشنایی با اصول برنامه ریزی تولید و کنترل کیفیت
- روحیه مسوئولیت پذیری , نظم و تعهد کاری بالا

Job description:
- Planning, organizing and monitoring all production processes
- Management of factory human resources and increasing labor productivity
- Controlling product quality and monitoring compliance with production standards
- Management production scheduling, waste reduction and cost control
- coordination with sales, design and procurement units
- supervision of maintenance and correct operation of machines and equipment
- reporting ability
Qualification conditions:
- at least 5 years of management experience in manufacturing factories (furniture industry and wood industry)
- mastery of sofa production processes, raw materials and fittings
- ability to lead a team, make decisions and problem solving
