مدیر خرید داخلی | Internal Purchasing Manager

شرح وظایف:

• نظارت بر فرایند خرید و تدارکات و فعالیت‌های کارشناسان در واحد خرید داخلی.
• نظارت بر استعلام خرید، بررسی، مقایسه و تأیید قیمت مناسب.
• همکاری در شناسایی و ارزیابی اولیه و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان داخلی.
• مذاکرات با تأمین‌کنندگان داخلی برای بهبود شرایط قرارداد.
• پیگیری تحویل اقلام و ملزومات خریداری شده در زمان‌بندی مورد توافق.
• کنترل هزینه‌های خرید و تدارکات داخلی.
• نظارت بر فرآیند پرداخت فاکتورهای تأمین کنندگان.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تامین ملزومات و مواد اولیه و تحلیل دلایل انحراف از تاریخ نیاز سفارش.
• کنترل مستمر خریدها و اسناد صادر شده در سیستم.
• به‌روز کردن وندور لیست تامین‌کنندگان.

Description of duties:
Supervise the purchase and procurement process and the activities of experts in the internal purchasing unit
Supervise the purchase inquiry, check, compare and confirm the appropriate price
Cooperate in the initial identification and evaluation and selection of internal suppliers
br>Negotiations with domestic suppliers to improve the terms of the contract
Following up the delivery of purchased items and supplies in the agreed schedule
Controlling the costs of purchasing and internal procurement
Monitoring the payment process of suppliers' invoices
Provisioning Supply reports of essentials and raw materials and analysis of the reasons for deviation from the date of the order
Continuous control of purchases and documents issued in the system
Updating the vendor list of suppliers
