مدیر بازرگانی داخلی | Internal Commercial Manager

گروه صنعتی طبیعت ماکان جهت تکمیل تیم بازرگانی داخلی در هلدینگ دارویی که در حوزه واردات مواد اولیه و تولید دارو فعالیت دارد از علاقه‌مندان به فعالیت در صنعت دارو در ردیف شغلی مدیر بازرگانی داخلی دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• مدیریت فرآیند خرید داخلی و تأمین درخواست‌های خرید واحدهای سازمانی از طریق شناسایی، ارزیابی، مذاکره و عقد قرارداد (در صورت لزوم) با تامین‌کنندگان داخلی به منظور خرید کالا و خدمات در حوزه مواد اولیه، ماشین‌آلات، قطعات و تجهیزات، ملزومات و مواد مصرفی.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح و دقیق آیین‌نامه‌های خرید داخلی و کمیسیون معاملات هلدینگ.
• مدیریت تنخواه.
• مشارکت و نظارت بر تنظیم و اجرای مفاد قراردادهای تأمین‌کنندگان، پیمانکاران و مشاوران.
• تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی و مدیریتی به منظور ارتقای بهره‌وری فرآیند خرید داخلی.
• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، نظارت و کنترل به منظور دستیابی به شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد دپارتمان بازرگانی داخلی.

سایر اطلاعات مورد نیاز:

• محل کار:غرب تهران، کیلومتر 9 جاده مخصوص تهران ـ کرج.
• روزهای کاری: شنبه تا پنجشنبه.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه بازرگانی داخلی (در صنعت دارو مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مدیریت (گرایش‌های بازرگانی یا صنعتی)، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های تحصیلی مرتبط.
• حداکثر سن: 40 سال

شایستگی‌ها:

• شناخت کامل از تأمین‌کنندگان داخلی در حوزه‌های مواد اولیه، ماشین‌آلات، تجهیزات و قطعات، ملزومات و مواد مصرفی.
• مسلط به تنظیم قراردادها و مکاتبات تجاری.
• روابط عمومی بالا و قدرت فن بیان.
• مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• قدرت تجزیه‌وتحلیل بالا و مهارت‌های حل مسئله.
• مهارت‌های رهبری.
• قدرت پیگیری بالا.

Qualification conditions:
• At least 10 Years of related work experience in the field of domestic trade (it is considered an advantage in the pharmaceutical industry)
• Education: at least a bachelor's degree in management (commercial, industrial trends), industrial engineering and other related fields of study
• Age: maximum 40 Year
