مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

گروه ثامن، فعال در حوزه بازرگانی آهن و فولاد، برای تکمیل تیم مالی و حسابداری خود از یک مدیر مالی حرفه‌ای و با تجربه دعوت به همکاری می‌کند.

شرح موقعیت شغلی:

• مدیریت و کنترل فرآیندهای مالی، حسابداری و خزانه‌داری.
• مدیریت، نظارت و کنترل پرسنل واحد مالی و حسابداری.
• برنامه‌ریزی مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی جهت تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت.
• نظارت بر امور مالیاتی، بیمه و حسابرسی‌های داخلی و خارجی.
• کنترل نقدینگی، مدیریت جریان وجوه نقد و تهیه گزارش‌های مالی.
• تنظیم و بهینه‌سازی ساختارهای مالی شرکت.
• همکاری با تیم فروش و خرید در تحلیل‌های مالی و استراتژی‌های اقتصادی.

شرایط همکاری:

• نوع همکاری: تمام وقت. 
• محدوده: بلوار فردوس شرق.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8:30 صبح تا 6 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 8:30 صبح تا 12:30 عصر. 

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه، تأمین اجتماعی و استانداردهای حسابداری.
• توانایی مدیریت جلسات مالی مرتبط داخلی و خارج شرکت.
• توانمند در برقراری ارتباط و تعامل با نهادهای تأمین مالی و بانک‌ها.
• مسلط به فنون نگارش و نحوه تهیه و تنظیم قراردادهای مختلف، بازرگانی، تجاری و غیره.
• مسلط به امور تسهیلات بانکی، LC، ضمانت‌نامه و سایر ابزارهای تأمین مالی.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مالی یا حسابداری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه. 
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری (سپیدار و هلو)، اکسل و گوگل شیت پیشرفته.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای اقتصادی.
• دقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی حل مسئله.

Career Position Description:
Managing and controlling financial processes, accounting and treasury
Management, Supervision and Control of Financial and Accounting Team
Financial planning and presenting analytical reports for management decision-making
Monitoring Tax, Insurance and Internal and Foreign Auditors
Cash control, cash flow management, and preparation of financial reports
Set up and optimize company financial structures
Working with the sales and shopping team in financial analysis and economic strategies
Mastery of tax laws, insurance, social security and accounting standards
Ability to manage related internal and out-of-company financial meetings
Capable of communicating and interacting with financing institutions and banks
Fluent in writing techniques and how to prepare and arrange various contracts, commercial, etc.
Fluent in banking facilities, LC, guarantees and other financing tools

Conditions:
Undergraduate or higher in financial and accounting fields
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Mastery of accounting software (Sepidar, Holoo, etc.) and Excel and Advanced Google Sheet
Ability to analyze financial data and provide economic solutions
Accuracy, responsibility and ability to solve the problem
