شرح شغل:

• تدوین و تهیه دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و استقرار سیستم کنترل داخلی و آیین‌نامه‌های مربوط به واحد مالی.
• نظارت بر تمام عملیات امور قراردادها، خزانه‌داری، حسابداری حقوق و دستمزد، حسابداری فروش، وصول مطالبات، حسابداری مدیریت، حسابداری خرید (کالا و خدمات)، حسابداری انبار و انبارگردانی و بهای تمام شده و اطمینان از یکپارچگی، دقت و انطباق با خط مشی‌ها، قوانین و مقررات شرکت.
• تهیه گزارشات صورت‌های مالی، اظهارنامه مالیاتی، گزارش‌های مالی مربوط به بودجه، بدهی‌های حساب، مطالبات حساب، هزینه‌ها و نظارت و مدیریت روابط بانکی و مدیریت نقدینگی سازمان.
• برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و کنترل فعالیت‌های مالی و بودجه‌بندی سازمان طبق چارچوب‌های قانونی و حقوقی.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مالی به مدیریت در مورد جریان نقدینگی و دارایی‌های شرکت.
• ارائه راه‌حل‌های کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت به مدیریت ارشد جهت پیشبرد منافع استراتژیک سازمان.
• نظارت بر ترازنامه، صورتحساب سود و زیان و گزارش‌های مالی ماهیانه و سالیانه.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی و مشاوران مالیاتی.
• مدیریت پرداختی‌های به موقع از جمله حقوق، هزینه‌های تنخواه، مالیات، بیمه و غیره.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با موسسات مالی برای دریافت تسهیلات.
• کنترل و پیشگیری از ریسک‌های مالی وارده به شرکت در جهت بهره‌وری سازمانی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی یا حسابداری.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در شرکت‌های بازرگانی، تولیدی و پخش.
• اشراف کامل به حسابداری مالیاتی، قوانین حقوق مالیاتی و دارایی و بیمه تامین اجتماعی.
• اشراف کامل به استانداردهای حسابداری و بهای تمام شده.
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای مالی (راهکاران) و ERP.
• توانایی تدوین و استقرار استراتژی‌های مالی و فرآیندهای مالی و استخدام پرسنل مجرب جهت تکمیل تیم مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی منابع مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت و راهبری سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مالی، هدایت و کنترل تیم و تفکیک وظایف و چیدمان سازمان مالی مجموعه.
• خلاق، برنامه محور و متعهد.
