مدیر بازرگانی | Commercial Manager

شرح شغل:

• اجرا و مدیریت کلیه فرایندها و زیرفرایندهای بازرگانی سازمان و هدایت تیم خرید و تدارکات.
• تایید و نهایی کردن کلیه خریدهای سازمان از جمله مواد اولیه و ملزومات درون سازمانی (داخلی و خارجی).
• مطالعه و به‌روزرسانی دائمی قوانین و مقررات داخلی و خارجی تاثیرگذار بر حوزه بازرگانی از جمله قوانین واردات و صادرات، قوانین گمرکی، قوانین تجارت بین‌المللی، قوانین بانک‌های داخلی و خارجی.
• بودجه‌بندی سالانه و فصلی برای واحد بازرگانی.
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای (ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه) و مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز

• حداقل هشت سال تجربه کار سرپرستی و مدیریتی در حوزه بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با صنعت ساختمان مزیت محسوب می‌گردد.
• مهارت برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.    
• مسلط به اصول تحقیقات بازار.
• قدرت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده و مهارت بالا در حل مسئله.

- Having at least 8 years of supervisory and managerial work experience in the field of commerce
- Implementing and managing all business processes and sub-processes of the organization and leading the purchasing and procurement team
- Approving and finalizing all purchases of the organization, including raw materials and internal requirements Organizational (domestic and foreign) - study and constant updating of domestic and foreign laws and regulations affecting the commercial field, including import and export laws, customs laws, international trade laws, domestic and foreign bank laws - annual and quarterly budgeting for the commercial unit
- preparation of periodical (monthly, quarterly and annual) and management reports
* Familiarity with the construction industry is considered an advantage*
