مدیر فنی | Technical Manager

شرح شغل:

• نظارت و مدیریت بر فرایند تعمیر و نگهداری تجهیزات.
• ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی ابعاد هندسی و سازماندهی فنی محصولات.
• استفاده از مایکروسافت اکسل برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارشات.
• مشارکت در فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری فنی و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مهندسی.
• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های مدیریت زمان برای پروژه‌ها.
• اداره و آموزش اعضای تیم فنی

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی برق یا مهندسی صنایع.
• تجربه کار عملی در زمینه تعمیر و نگهداری و طراحی مهندسی.
• توانایی تحلیل مسائل با استفاده از تفکر انتقادی و استدلال مکانیکی.
• مهارت‌های ریاضی و استدلال عددی.
• قابلیت مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• ترجیحاً سابقه کار در صنعت پلیمری.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management on the equipment maintenance process
- mechanical design and drawing using SolidWorks software
- evaluation and optimization of geometric dimensions and technical organization of products
- use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Preparation of reports
- Participation in technical decision-making processes and providing engineering solutions
- Development and implementation of time management programs for projects
- Management and training of technical team members

Competencies:
- Degree in mechanical engineering /Electricity/Industries
- Practical work experience in the field of maintenance and engineering design
- Skill in using SolidWorks 3D CAD software
- Ability to analyze problems using critical thinking and mechanical reasoning
- Mastery of math and reasoning skills Numerical
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Preferably work experience in the polymer industry
