محصول کیوسک چیست؟

با توجه به نیاز جامعه و رشد روزافزون پرداخت‌های الکترونیکی مؤسسه محک اقدام به تولید و طراحی کیوسک‌های الکترونیک با ماهیت پرداخت‌های نیکوکاری در تامین هزینه دارو و درمان کودکان تحت حمایت خود کرده است. کیوسک‌های الکترونیک محک یک دستگاه ایستاده با صفحه نمایش 21 اینچ و دارای دستگاه POS جهت دریافت کمک‌های نیکوکارانی است که تمایل به پرداخت کمک خود از طریق کارت‌های بانکی را داشته باشند و تنها الزام آن نیاز به فضایی کمتر از یک متر مربع و اتصال به شبکه برق شهری است. از این رو ما در محک به یک همکار جدید به عنوان سرپرست محصول (کیوسک) نیاز داریم که بتواند در پیشبرد بهتر این محصول به ما بپیوندد.

اقدامات مورد انتظار:

• ایجاد و اولویت‌بندی نقشه راه استراتژیک محصول.
• توزیع و حفظ نگهداری محصول کیوسک.
• نظارت و مدیریت شبکه سرویس دهی و نگهداری محصول .
• تجزیه و تحلیل بازار برای اطمینان از حفظ مزایای محصول .
• نظارت، تجزیه و تحلیل و عمل به تحلیل‌های کلیدی محصول، بهبود مداوم محصول، افزایش نرخ نگهداری و افزایش تعداد تراکنشهای هر کیوسک.
• کنترل روزانه بودجه تعهدی وتعریف اقدامات اصلاحی جهت جبران انحراف.
• محل خدمت ساختمان محک: محله دارآباد ـ شمال شرق تهران.

• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت بر اجرا، کنترل و بازبینی و برنامه‌ریزی مجدد (PDCA).
• توانایی مدیریت منابع انسانی تحت نظارت (پایش، ارزیابی، هدایت عملکرد، آموزش).
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و فنون مذاکره.
• توانایی مدیریت بحران.
• توانایی کار تیمی.
• توانایی ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
• مهارت در فروش و متقاعدسازی.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و ساماندهی.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تفکر تحلیلی.
• انگیزه و انرژی بالا و توانایی حفظ روحیه خود و اعضای تیم در شرایط سخت.

• مقطع و مدرک تحصیلی: مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مدیریت (تمامی گرایش‌ها)، فناوری اطلاعات یا مهندسی صنایع.
• تجربه کاری: حداقل چهار سال سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• اتمام خدمت سربازی برای اقایان الزامی است.
