انجام مذاکرات تلفنی و مکاتبات اداری با نمایندگان، کارگزاران، مدیران فنی و روسای شعب به منظور تبادل نظر و هماهنگی لازم در خصوص وصول بدهی های معوقه آنان


اعلام میزان کاهش بدهی های معوقه به معاونین شرکت به صورت دوره ای
ارسال نحوه واریز یا عدم واریزی کارمزد ماهانه نمایندگان و کارگزاران به مدیریت مالی
تهیه گزارش مانده بدهی معوقه هر یک از شعب در خصوص فعالیت آنان در بازه زمانی تعیین شده و ارسال آن به شعب
تهیه کلیه گزارشات مقایسه ای در کلیه زمینه های بیمه ای
گزارش ضعف ها، نارسائی ها، اشکالات و تخلفات
دارای روحیه همکاری تیمی
