کارشناس کنترل مالی و مهندسی ارزش هزینه | Financial Control and Value Engineering Expert

مسئولیت ها:
• کنترل و تطبیق فاکتورهای فروش صادراتی با مبالغ دریافتی ارزی و ریالی
• بررسی و تأیید هزینه‌های (حمل‌ونقل، بیمه، گمرک، ترخیص و غیره)
• تحلیل ساختار هزینه‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های مهندسی ارزش جهت کاهش هزینه و افزایش کارایی
• کنترل و ارزیابی هزینه‌های واحدهای داخلی (مالی، تدارکات، بیمه، عملیات و...)
• بررسی انحراف هزینه‌ها نسبت به بودجه یا پیش‌بینی‌ها
• تهیه گزارش‌های مالی تحلیلی برای مدیریت ارشد
• طراحی سیستم کنترل هزینه و ایجاد شفافیت در زنجیره هزینه از مبدأ تا مقصد صادرات
• مشارکت در بررسی قراردادها و پیشنهاد اصلاحات مالی و اقتصادی

شرایط احراز:
• تسلط کامل بر، Excel تحلیل داده، فرمول‌نویسی، Pivot، داشبورد
• آشنایی با حسابداری بازرگانی و صادرات
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و صادرات کالا مزیت مهم محسوب می‌شود
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای ارزی و فاکتورهای صادراتی
• توانایی تحلیل هزینه‌های لجستیکی، بیمه‌ای و عملیاتی
• درک مفاهیم مهندسی ارزش هزینه (Cost Value Engineering)
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی تخصصی ، آلمانی (درک و نگارش مکاتبات مالی و تجاری)
• حداقل 3 تا 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه‌های کنترل مالی، حسابرسی داخلی، یا مالی صادراتی
• کارشناسی/کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت مالی مالی
• توان تحلیل عددی و مالی
• توانایی کار با واحدهای بین‌المللی
• نگرش بهبودگرا و هزینه‌محور

Responsibilities: • control and reconciliation of export sales invoices with received amounts in foreign currency and rials • review and approval of costs (transportation, insurance, customs, clearance, etc.) • analyze cost structure and provide value engineering reports to reduce costs and increase efficiency • control and evaluate costs of internal units (finance, procurement, insurance, operations, etc.) Analytical financial reports for senior management
• Designing a cost control system and creating transparency in the cost chain from origin to export destination
• Participation in reviewing contracts and proposing financial and economic reforms

Qualification conditions:
• Complete mastery of Excel, data analysis, formula writing, Pivot, dashboard
• Familiarity with commercial and export accounting
• Familiarity with transportation processes between International and export of goods is considered an important advantage
• Familiarity with foreign exchange processes and export invoices
• Ability to analyze logistics, insurance and operational costs
• Understanding the concepts of Cost Value Engineering
• Proficiency in specialized English, German (understanding and writing financial and commercial correspondence)
• At least 3 to 5 years of related work experience in the fields of financial control, auditing Domestic, or export finance
• Bachelor/Master's degree in financial financial management
• Numerical and financial analysis ability
• Ability to work with international units
• Improvement and cost-oriented attitude
