شرح شغل:

• آموزش اصول GDP/GSP به پرسنل مرتبط (پرسنل انبار، توزیع و فروشندگان).
• آموزش SOPهای مرتبط با کیفیت به پرسنل.
• هماهنگی آموزش SOPهای جدید با واحد منابع انسانی.
• تهیه Job Qualification Passport برای کلیه پرسنل مرتبط انبار و توزیع.
• تهیه و پیشبرد برنامه‌های آموزش کیفیت در کلیه‌ مراکز.
• هماهنگی با مسئولین فنی مراکز در خصوص برنامه‌های آموزشی.
• تشکیل جلسات آموزشی مداوم در انبار مرکزی و مراکز.
• تهیه‌ی محتوای آموزشی برای سمینارها و جلسات آموزشی پرسنل.
• مشارکت در Inductionهای واحد کیفیت.
• تهیه نیازسنجی آموزشی مسئولین فنی و آموزش‌های ضروری سایر پرسنل مرتبط با کیفیت.
• جستجو و هماهنگی دوره‌های آموزشی خارج سازمانی برای پرسنل انبار توزیع و مسئولین فنی.
• مشارکت در آدیت‌های خارجی و پاسخگویی در خصوص موضوعات مرتبط با آموزش.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مرتبط با علوم پزشکی (شیمی، بیولوژی، علوم دارویی).
• اشراف به اصول GDP/GSP.
• اشراف و آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات سازمان غذا و دارو در خصوص فعالیت شرکت‌های پخش دارو.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.

1. Teaching GDP/GSP Principles to relevant personnel (warehouse staff, distribution and sellers)
2. Quality -related SOP training to staff
3. Coordination of new SOP training with Human Resources Unit
4. Prepare Qualification Passport for all relevant staff of warehouse and distribution
5. Preparation and Promotion of Quality Training Programs in all
6 centers. Coordination with the technical officials of the centers on training programs
7. Forming continuous training sessions in central warehouses and
8 centers. Preparation of educational content for seminars, training sessions
9. Participation in Unit Quality InDuction
10. Preparation of educational needs assessment of technical officials and essential training of other personnel related to quality
11. Search and Coordination of Outdoor Training Courses for Distribution Warehouse Personnel and Technical Officials
12. Participation in Foreign Audit and Accountability on Topics Related
