شرح شغل :

• همکاری در استقرار ISO10015:2019.
• همکاری در تدوین شناسنامه شغل و طراحی مدل شایستگی.
• همکاری در تدوین و اجرای برنامه توسعه فردی IDP.
• همکاری در اجرای فرآیند نیازسنجی آموزشی.
• همکاری در اجرای فرآیند مدیریت عملکرد.
• تهیه تقویم آموزشی و برنامه اجرایی دوره‌های مصوب.
• مذاکره با مراکز و سازمان‌های مختلف آموزشی جهت اجرای دوره‌ها.
• همکاری و مشارکت در فرآیند تعیین اثربخشی آموزشی دوره‌های برگزار شده.
• کنترل، نظارت و ارزیابی کیفیت برگزاری دوره‌ها، موسسات طرف قراداد و مدرسین.
• تهیه گزارشات دوره‌ای آموزش.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه در منابع انسانی.
• آشنایی با نظام جامع آموزش و فرآیندهای آموزش کارکنان (نیازسنجی، برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و سنجش اثربخشی).
• آشنایی با استانداردهای آموزش (10015).
• آشنایی با تدوین و استفاده از مدل‌های شایستگی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار آموزشی ایده.
• آشنایی با کانون‌های ارزیابی و تدوین برنامه توسعه فردی IDP.

Job description:

Cooperation in the establishment of ISO10015:2019
Cooperation in the compilation of the job certificate and the design of the competency model
Cooperation in the formulation and implementation of the IDP individual development program
Cooperation in the implementation of the educational needs assessment process
Collaboration in the implementation of the performance management process
Preparation of the educational calendar and implementation plan of the approved courses
Negotiation with various educational centers and organizations to implement the courses
Cooperation and participation in the process of determining the effectiveness Education of held courses

preparation of periodic training reports

qualification conditions:

with at least 3 years Experience in human resources
Familiarity with the comprehensive education system and employee training processes (needs assessment, planning, implementation and effectiveness measurement)
Familiarity with education standards (10015 and... )
familiarization with the formulation and use of competency models
familiarization with Idea educational software
familiarization with evaluation centers and formulation of IDP individual development program
