مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و آپدیت برنامه‌های آموزشی جامع برای گروه‌های مختلف مثل فروشندگان، تعمیرکاران، مدیران فروشگاه‌ها و... بر اساس نیازهای بازار و استانداردهای صنعت.
• طراحی و نظارت بر آزمون‌ها و استانداردهای صدور گواهینامه.
• تهیه‌ی محتوای آموزشی باکیفیت (راهنما، ویدیوها، آزمون‌ها) در حوزه های تعمیرات ،فروش، خدمات مشتری، مالی و ..... .
• ارزیابی مداوم اثربخشی دوره‌ها از طریق بازخورد، نتایج آزمون‌ها و داده‌های عملکردی؛ و اعمال تغییرات برای بهبود مستمر محتوا و روش تدریس.
• تعامل با بخش‌های داخلی، تیم‌های فروش، فروشگاه‌ها و پارتنرهای بیرونی (برندها، توزیع‌کننده‌ها) جهت هم‌راستاکردن آموزش‌ها با اهداف کسب‌وکار.
• رهبری و هماهنگی تیم مدرس‌ها، اطمینان از کیفیت آموزش و ..
• بررسی مستمر تحولات بازار موبایل، تکنولوژی‌های جدید، و بهترین شیوه‌های فروش و خدمات، و به‌کارگیری این دانش در بهبود محتواهای آموزشی.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به روش‌های نوین آموزش و طراحی دوره‌های آموزشی.
• مسلط به ابزارهای دیجیتال آموزشی و LMS.
• مهارت نظارت بر تولید محتوای آموزشی چندرسانه‌ای (ویدیو، متن و آزمون).
• صبور و علاقه‌مند به رشد دیگران.
• باانگیزه برای یادگیری مداوم و توسعه‌ی فردی.
