⦁ ارزیابی تجزیه و تحلیل هزینه-فایده و ارزیابی های مالی برای پروژه های تولیدی جدید و یا ایجاد پروژه های جدید در بازار. مدل‌ها، هزینه‌ها و بازده سرمایه‌گذاری (ROI).
⦁ همکاری مستمر با بخش‌های مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت.
⦁ مشارکت در مطالعات امکان‌سنجی فنی برای توسعه محصولات و خدمات جدید.

نیازها
⦁ دانش مالی و اقتصادی قوی با توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل شاخص‌هایی مانند npv در مدل‌های بازپرداخت با استفاده از مدل‌های بازپرداخت ex، irr
. و نرم افزارهای مشابه.
⦁ آشنایی با مفاهیم مدیریت پروژه، زنجیره ارزش، تجزیه و تحلیل swot و عملیات تجاری.
⦁ مهارت در جمع آوری، پردازش و تفسیر داده های بازار و همچنین انجام تحقیقات اولیه و ثانویه.
⦁ توانایی تهیه گزارش های جامع امکان سنجی شامل تحلیل های فنی، مالی، بازار، و قانونی در word، power point، exal. (آشنایی با نرم افزارهای آماری مانند spss یا power bi مزیت محسوب می شود).
⦁ آگاهی از مقررات پروژه، فرآیندهای مجوز و ارزیابی های محیطی.
⦁ توانایی های تحلیلی قوی، حل مسئله، طرز فکر استراتژیک و آینده نگر.
⦁ مهارت های ارتباطی موثر و کار تیمی با مدیریت حقوقی و فنی، مدیریت مالی، فنی و حرفه ای

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Conduct market research and provide precise analytical reports.
⦁ Analyze market data, customer behavior, competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities.
⦁ Deliver data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making.
⦁ Evaluate cost-benefit analyses and financial assessments for development projects, such as establishing new production lines or entering new markets.
⦁ Examine revenue models, costs, and return on investment (ROI).
⦁ Collaborate continuously with the company's finance and investment departments.
⦁ Participate in technical feasibility studies for the development of new products and services.

Requirements
⦁ Strong financial and economic knowledge with the ability to analyze indicators such as NPV, IRR, and Payback Period.
⦁ Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and similar software.
⦁ Familiarity with project management concepts, value chain, SWOT analysis, and business operations.
⦁ Skills in collecting, processing, and interpreting market data, as well as conducting primary and secondary research.
⦁ Ability to prepare comprehensive feasibility reports including technical, financial, market, and legal analyses.
⦁ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS or Power BI is an advantage).
⦁ Knowledge of project regulations, permitting processes, and environmental assessments.
⦁ Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
⦁ Effective communication and teamwork skills with finance, technical, legal, and senior management departments.
⦁ Ability to present analysis results in a simple and understandable manner for stakeholders.
⦁ Time management and multitasking capabilities across various projects.
