شرح شغل:
آماده سازی فایل پرزنتیشن برای گزارش های بودجه برای ارائه به هیات مدیره.
آماده سازی و تهیه گزارش تطبیق عملکرد واقعی با بودجه و انحرافات.
آماده سازی گزارش های بودجه شامل صورت سود و زیان، ترازنامه و صورت جریان وجه نقد
همکاری در طراحی دریافت اطلاعات بودجه در سیستم ERP.
همکاری و ارتباط با کلیه مسئولین بودجه در جمع آوری اطلاعات.
تدوین، تهیه و تجمیع بودجه سالانه واحدها و پروژه‌ها، مطابق با اهداف استراتژیک سازمان.
کنترل و مقایسه هزینه های عملکرد واقعی با بودجه.
شرایط احراز:
سابقه کار: 7 ﺳﺎل ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ کﺎر مرتبط.
تحصیلات: کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی، حسابداری، اقتصاد، مهندسی صنایع (ترجیحاً با گرایش مالی یا برنامه‌ریزی).
تسلط به زبان انگلیسی: بالاتر از متوسط.
شایستگی‌های تخصصی:
بودجه‌ریزی و کنترل هزینه: تسلط بر اصول و فرآیندهای بودجه‌ریزی عملیاتی و سرمایه‌ای در پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
تحلیل مالی و اقتصادی: توانایی تحلیل هزینه-فایده، جریان نقدی، NPV، IRR، و تحلیل حساسیت.
حسابداری صنعتی: آشنایی با سیستم حسابداری بهای تمام‌شده در صنایع نفت و گاز.
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و ERP : مثل SAP ، Oracle، یا نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی بودجه‌ریزی.
دانش صنعت نفت و گاز: درک چرخه بالادستی (اکتشاف و تولید) و پایین‌دستی (پالایش و توزیع).
آشنایی با استانداردها و مقررات: IFRS، IPSAS.
تسلط به ابزارهای تحیلی: Excel پیشرفته.
Job Description:
Preparation of the File File for Budget Reports to submit to the Board of Directors.
Preparation and preparation of actual performance matching reports with budget and deviations.
Preparation of budget reports including profit and losses, balance sheets and cash flow.
Collaborate on the design of budget information in the ERP system.
Cooperation and contact with all budget officials in gathering information.
Developing, preparing and integrating the annual budget of units and projects, in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
Control and compare actual performance costs with budget.
Conditions:
Work experience: 7 years of relevant carpenter.
Education: Undergraduate or Masters in Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering (preferably with financial or planning).
Mastery in English: higher than average.
Specialized competencies:
Cost Budgeting and Control: Mastery of Operational and Capital Budgeting Principles and Processes in Oil and Gas Projects.
Financial and Economic Analysis: The ability to analyze cost-benefit, cash flow, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
Industrial Accounting: Introduction to the cost accounting system in the oil and gas industries.
Introduction to Financial Software and ERP: like SAP, Oracle, or specialized budgeting software.
Oil and Gas Knowledge: Understanding the upstream cycle (exploration and production) and downstream (refinement and distribution).
Introduction to Standards and Regulations: IFRS, IPSAS.
Mastery of Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel.
