مسئول تضمین قابلیت اطمینان، یکپارچگی و آمادگی کلیه تجهیزات، تأسیسات زیربنایی و خدمات پشتیبانی ترمینال است.
مدیریت برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی، موجودی قطعات یدکی و مستندات فنی در راستای اهداف ایمنی، کیفیت و بهره‌وری هزینه‌ای شرکت از دیگر وظایف کلیدی این نقش می‌باشد.

## مسئولیت‌های کلیدی

### A. مدیریت دارایی‌های فنی
- رهبری و مدیریت کلیه فعالیت‌های نگهداری مکانیکی، الکتریکی و ابزار دقیق تجهیزات ترمینال
- طراحی و اجرای برنامه نگهداری پیشگیرانه و پیش‌بینانه برای تجهیزات حیاتی
- برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای توقف‌های سالانه و تعمیرات اساسی با حداقل زمان ازکارافتادگی

### B. نگهداری پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی
- تدوین چک‌لیست‌های استاندارد نگهداری و نظارت بر اجرای آن‌ها
- نظارت بر عیب‌یابی و تعمیر سیستم‌های الکتریکی، مکانیکی و کنترلی
- هماهنگی با تیم عملیات برای برنامه‌ریزی مداخلات فنی بر اساس برنامه تولید
- ثبت دقیق خرابی‌ها، محاسبه MTBF (میانگین زمان بین خرابی‌ها) و تحلیل علل ریشه‌ای جهت پیشگیری از تکرار

### C. مدیریت قطعات یدکی و کارگاه
- راه‌اندازی و کنترل انبار فنی شامل قطعات یدکی، روانکارها، ابزار و موجودی‌های ایمنی
- تعیین حداقل موجودی برای قطعات حیاتی مانند بلبرینگ، تسمه، گیربکس، موتور و سنسور
- همکاری با واحد خرید برای تأمین به‌موقع و ارزیابی فنی تأمین‌کنندگان
- اطمینان از کالیبراسیون و آمادگی تجهیزات کارگاهی مانند جرثقیل، دستگاه‌های جوش و ابزارهای بالابر

### D. پروژه‌ها، ارتقاء و راه‌اندازی
- همکاری با سازندگان تجهیزات (OEM)، مشاوران مهندسی و تیم پروژه در مراحل راه‌اندازی یا اصلاحات فنی
- مشارکت در رفع موارد لیست نواقص (Punch List) و تأیید نهایی سیستم‌های مکانیکی/الکتریکی
- آموزش فنی اپراتورها در مرحله تحویل پروژه به بهره‌برداری

### E. رهبری و توسعه تیم
- هدایت تیم نگهداری چندتخصصی شامل تکنسین‌های مکانیک، برق، اتوماسیون و سرپرستان کارگاه
- ایجاد فرهنگ عملکردی مبتنی بر ایمنی، قابلیت اطمینان و بهبود مستمر
- مربی‌گری مهندسان و تکنسین‌ها برای توسعه ماتریس شایستگی‌های فنی

### F. مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی
- به‌روزرسانی نقشه‌های فرآیندی (P&ID)، دیاگرام‌های تک‌خطی، دفترچه‌های راهنمای تجهیزات و سوابق نگهداری
- تهیه و ارائه شاخص‌های کلیدی نگهداری به‌صورت هفتگی و ماهانه شامل:
- نرخ دسترسی و قابلیت اطمینان تجهیزات
- فراوانی و مدت زمان خرابی‌ها
- درصد تحقق نگهداری پیشگیرانه
- مصرف قطعات یدکی و هزینه نگهداری به ازای هر تن جابجایی
- گزارش‌دهی حوادث فنی مهم، نتایج تحلیل علل ریشه‌ای (RCA) و اقدامات اصلاحی به مدیر عملیات

## شرایط احراز

- **تحصیلات:** مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک یا برق
- **زبان:** تسلط به زبان انگلیسی
- **مهارت‌ها:**
- حل مسئله و عیب‌یابی
- رهبری و برنامه‌ریزی
- ارتباط مؤثر (با تسلط به زبان انگلیسی)
- مدیریت تعارض و کار تیمی
- تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده
- آشنایی با سیستم‌های TPM و اصول 5S

- **سابقه کاری:** حداقل 7 تا 10 سال تجربه در ترمینال‌های فله‌ای/غلات، لجستیک بندری یا واحدهای صنعتی بزرگ

## The purpose of the job
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity and readiness of all terminal equipment, infrastructure and support services.
Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, spare parts inventory and technical documentation in line with the company's safety, quality and cost efficiency goals are other key duties of this role.

## Key Responsibilities

### A. Management of technical assets
- Leading and managing all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities of the terminal equipment
- Design and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance program for critical equipment
- Planning and implementation of annual shutdowns and major repairs with minimum downtime

### B. Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Developing standard maintenance checklists and monitoring their implementation
- Supervision of troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Coordination with the operations team to plan technical interventions based on the production schedule
- Accurate recording of failures, calculation of MTBF (mean time between failures) and analysis of root causes to prevent recurrence

### C. Management of spare parts and workshop
- Setting up and controlling the technical warehouse including spare parts, lubricants, tools and safety stocks
- Determining the minimum inventory for critical parts such as bearings, belts, gearboxes, motors and sensors
- Cooperation with the purchasing unit for timely supply and technical evaluation of suppliers
- Ensuring the calibration and readiness of workshop equipment such as cranes, welding machines and lifting tools

### D. Projects, Upgrades and Startups
- Cooperation with equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering consultants and project team in the phases of commissioning or technical modifications
- Participating in fixing punch list items and final approval of mechanical/electrical systems
- Technical training of operators in the phase of delivering the project to operation

### E. Leadership and team development
- Leading the multi-specialty maintenance team including mechanical, electrical, automation technicians and workshop supervisors
- Creating a functional culture based on safety, reliability and continuous improvement
- Coaching engineers and technicians to develop the matrix of technical competencies

### F. Documentation and reporting
- Update process drawings (P&ID), one-line diagrams, equipment manuals and maintenance records
- Preparation and presentation of key maintenance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis, including:
- Access rate and equipment reliability
- Frequency and duration of breakdowns
- Percentage of realization of preventive maintenance
- Consumption of spare parts and maintenance cost per ton of movement
- Reporting critical technical incidents, results of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to operations manager

## Qualification conditions

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- **Language:** Proficiency in English
- **Skills:**

- Effective communication (with proficiency in English)

- Data-based decision making
- Familiarity with TPM systems and 5S principles

- **Work experience:** At least 7 to 10 years of experience in bulk/grain terminals, port logistics or large industrial units
