شرح شغل و وظایف:

کارشناس شبکه مسئول مدیریت کامل و یکپارچه زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات گروه پاک‌چوب است. این نقش شامل پیاده‌سازی، پیکربندی و نگهداری تجهیزات و نرم‌افزارهای شبکه (سرورها، کلاینت‌ها، تجهیزات اکتیو/پسیو)، مدیریت دامنه و امنیت شبکه، و همچنین ارائه خدمات پایدار و قابل‌اطمینان در سایت‌های مختلف سازمان می‌باشد.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

نصب، پیکربندی و نگهداری سرورها، کلاینت‌ها و تجهیزات شبکه
مدیریت فایروال‌ها، VPN، IDS/IPS، Link Aggregation و اجرای سیاست‌های امنیت سایبری
پیاده‌سازی و پایش فرآیندهای پشتیبان‌گیری، بازیابی و Disaster Recovery (به‌ویژه برای تجهیزات و سرویس‌های شبکه)
رفع اشکال و رسیدگی به رویدادهای سطح 2 و 3 و حل سریع مشکلات سخت‌افزاری/نرم‌افزاری
تهیه و به‌روزرسانی مستندات فنی و نقشه‌های توپولوژی شبکه
پایش عملکرد شبکه با ابزارهایی مانند Zabbix یا PRTG

مهارت‌ها و شرایط مورد نیاز:

حداقل 4 سال سابقه کار عملی در سمت کارشناس شبکه یا مهندس ارشد IT
تسلط کامل بر VMware ESXi/vCenter (ضروری)
تجربه عملی با فایروال‌های FortiGate یا Mikrotik و سیاست‌های امنیتی/VPN
دانش قوی در Routing و Switching (ترجیحاً Cisco)
آشنایی با سیستم‌های ذخیره‌سازی NAS/SAN و ابزارهای مانیتورینگ شبکه
داشتن مدارک معتبر بین‌المللی مانند CCNP، MTCNA، Forti NSE مزیت محسوب می‌شود
مهارت بالای حل مسئله، مدیریت بحران، کار تیمی و ارتباط موثر
توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌های IT، تفکر سیستماتیک و عملکرد موثر تحت فشار

Job description and duties:

The network expert is responsible for the complete and integrated management of the information technology infrastructure of Pak Choub Group. This role includes the implementation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and software (servers, clients, active/passive equipment), domain management and network security, as well as providing stable and reliable services at different sites of the organization. Key responsibilities: Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, clients and network equipment, management of firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, Link Aggregation and implementation of security policies. Implementation and monitoring of backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes (especially for network equipment and services)
Troubleshooting and handling level 2 and 3 events and quick resolution of hardware/software problems
Preparation and updating of technical documentation and network topology maps
Monitoring network performance with tools such as Zabbix or PRTG

Required skills and requirements:

At least 4 years of practical work experience in the field Network Expert or Senior IT Engineer
Complete mastery of VMware ESXi/vCenter (required)
Practical experience with FortiGate or Mikrotik firewalls and security/VPN policies
Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching (preferably Cisco)
Familiar with NAS/SAN storage systems and network monitoring tools
Having internationally recognized certifications such as CCNP, MTCNA, Forti NSE is an advantage
High problem solving, management skills crisis, teamwork and effective communication
Ability to manage IT projects, systematic thinking and effective performance under pressure
