شرح شغل:
- ارائه پشتیبانی فنی برای سرورها و تجهیزات ذخیره‌سازی.
- اجرا و مدیریت پروژه‌های شبکه.
- عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات فنی در سیستم‌های مختلف.
- کار با ابزارهای مانیتورینگ و مدیریت سیستم‌ها.
- همکاری با تیم برای بهبود کارایی سیستم‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل دو سال تجربه در پشتیبانی فنی یا اجرای پروژه‌های شبکه.
- آشنایی کامل با سخت‌افزار سرورها و تجهیزات ذخیره‌سازی (HPE ،Dell EMC ،Cisco).
- آشنایی با Windows Server ،Linux و VMware.
- مهارت در عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات فنی.
- روحیه تیم‌محور، دقت بالا، و تعهد کاری.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for servers and storage equipment
- Implementation and management of network projects
- troubleshooting and solving technical problems in different systems
- working with monitoring and systems management tools
- working with the team to improve the efficiency of systems
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Experience in technical support or implementation of network projects
- Familiarity with server hardware and storage equipment (HPE, Dell EMC, Cisco)
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux and VMware
- Skill in troubleshooting finding and solving technical problems
- team-oriented spirit, high accuracy, and work commitment
