در شرکت اندیشه پردازان سرآمد، کارشناس پشتیبانی نرم‌افزار برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای مشتریان و حل مشکلات فنی مرتبط با نرم‌افزارها مورد نیاز است. این نقش ارتباط نزدیکی با تیم فنی و مشتریان دارد.
مسئولیت ها:
- حضور در سایت پروژه در صورت نیاز
- پاسخگویی به سوالات و مشکلات کاربران نرم‌افزار
- راه‌اندازی و پیکربندی نرم‌افزار برای مشتریان
- تشخیص و رفع اشکالات فنی و نرم‌افزاری
- ارائه مشاوره به کاربران برای بهبود کاربری نرم‌افزار
- همکاری با تیم توسعه برای گزارش و پیگیری مشکلات
شایستگی ها:
- تحصیلات در رشته مهندسی صنایع / نرم افزار
- آشنایی با سیستم‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات
- تجربه در مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی
- آشنایی با سیستم‌های مدیریت فرآیند کسب‌وکار (BPMS)
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی کار گروهی
مهارت هایی که کسب خواهید کرد:
- تسلط به نرم افزار مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات CMMS
- آشنایی با مفاهیم گردش‌های کاری WORK FLOW
- مفاهیم مربوط به دیتابیس
- آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه شبکه و Windows Server
- آشنایی با Oracle Database، Apache Tomcat، Jasper Report

At Andisheh Pardazan Sarmad, a software support expert is needed to respond to customer needs and solve technical problems related to software. This role is closely related to the technical team and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Presence on the project site if needed
- Responding to questions and problems of software users
- Setting up and configuring software for customers
- Diagnosing and fixing technical and software bugs
- Providing advice to users to improve software usability
- Cooperating with the development team to report and track problems
Competencies:
- Education in the field of industrial engineering / software
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair systems
- Experience in managing physical assets
- Familiarity with business process management systems (BPMS)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
Skills you will acquire:
- Mastery of CMMS maintenance and repair management software
- Familiarity with WORK FLOW workflow concepts
- Database concepts
- Familiarity with basic network and Windows Server concepts
