شرح وظایف

• انجام تحقیقات کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌برداری کارآمد از منابع فارسی و انگلیسی.
• بصری‌سازی مفاهیم و ساخت پرزنتیشن های با کیفیت.
• مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی سبدی از ارتباطات و جلسات.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به ابزارهایی مثل اکسل پیشرفته و توانایی داشبورد‌سازی.
• دست به قلم بودن و توانایی تدوین داکیومنت‌های وورد حرفه‌ای.
• مسلط به ادبیات و مفاهیم پایه‌ای کوچینگ و منتورینگ و توانایی پشتیبانی تخصصی به عنوان منتوریار به منتورها و کوچ‌های حوزه‌ مدیریت و روانشناسی.
• شناخت نظریه‌های یادگیری و رشد فردی و توانایی طراحی محتوا و دوره‌ی آموزشی بر مبنای آن‌ها.
• مسلط به روش‌ها و مدل‌های مرتبط با آموزش و توسعه‌ی کارکنان در سازمان و توانایی طراحی و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی در سازمان.
• شناخت ادبیات مهارت‌های نرم (داشتن دید روانشناختی).
• حداقل چهار سال سابقه مرتبط در حوزه توسعه و آموزش منابع انسانی.
• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت آموزشی و سایر شاخه‌های مدیریت و حوزه‌های مشابه.
• دارای توانمندی کارشناسی بالا شامل طراحی، ساخت پرزنتیشن، تولید داکیومنت، توانایی در سرچ و ریسرچ.
• فردی یادگیرنده و هوشمند.
• دارای قابلیت‌های اجرایی و ارتباطی مناسب و سرعت ذهنی و اجرایی مطلوب.

Tasks
The ability to conduct library research and to exploit efficient Persian and English resources

Understanding individual learning and development theories and the ability to design content and training based on them
fluent in the methods and models related to employee education and development in the organization and the ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in the organization
Like the advanced Excel and the ability to dashboard

Conditions
at least 4 years relevant in the field of human resource development and education
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Educational Management and other branches of management and similar fields
with high undergraduate capabilities including design, construction, producing Intelligent and Intelligent Learner
with proper executive and communication capabilities and optimal mental and executive speed
