Assistant to the CEO in Human Resources
Key duties:
• Planning and coordinating the schedule of CEO meetings, preparing minutes of meetings and doing all the necessary follow-ups with the colleagues of different units in order to achieve the specified goals
• Planning and implementation of various stages of the process of recruitment, selection, hiring and leaving work according to the instructions
• Planning and correct implementation of the performance management process in different units and solving possible problems and obstacles in the implementation of the process according to the instructions
• Needs assessment , designing, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of employee training in all departments. Conducting the required analysis and presenting an analytical report to the managing director
• Monitoring the internal affairs and norms governing the company and ensuring its compliance with the desired organizational culture
• Dealing with the issues and problems of the employees and making the necessary decisions for Improvement of working conditions
• Participation in dispute resolution councils and commissions related to labor relations as needed
The most important qualifications:
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (preferably management or related fields)< br>• At least 10 years of related work experience
• Proficient in office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, professional behavior, result orientation and initiative
