Bayerman Company operates in the laboratory equipment industry and is looking to hire an assistant and office manager for the CEO in Tehran (Vali Asr Square). This role includes providing effective office and administrative support for the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and arranging CEO meetings and appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing company calls
- Management of emails and professional correspondence in English and Farsi
- Preparing and editing reports and documents using office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Supporting daily administrative activities
- Management and updating company social network profiles
- working with office automation systems to improve processes
Competencies:
- having a degree in management, business or commerce or at least Bachelor's degree in other fields
- Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong skills in English
- Having patience, composure and motivation to improve yourself and the company
- Follow up Customer contacts in the field of sales (not marketing)
- Familiarity with social networks
- At least two years of useful work experience
- Experience working with automation systems
