وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت و بررسی فرآیندهای تولید به منظور اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفی محصولات.
• تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی نتایج تست‌ها و ارزیابی‌های کیفی.
• شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های کیفی و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه برای کاهش آن‌ها.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های تولید، تحقیق و توسعه و مدیریت برای بهبود مستمر کیفیت محصولات.
• اجرای آموزش‌های مربوط به کنترل کیفی برای کارکنان و ارتقای فرهنگ کیفی در سازمان.
• انجام تست‌ها، تحلیل‌های کیفی و آماری محصولات با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• مدیریت پروژه‌های کنترل کیفی و تیم‌های مرتبط با آن.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با تیم‌های تولید، تحقیق و توسعه و سایر بخش‌ها.
• شناسایی، تحلیل و مدیریت ریسک‌های کیفی در فرآیند تولید.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی شیمی، کنترل کیفی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• گواهینامه‌های تخصصی در زمینه کنترل کیفی یا مدیریت کیفیت (مانند ISO 9001).
• حداقل شش ماه تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه کنترل کیفی، به ویژه در صنایع تولیدی و بسته‌بندی.
• تجربه کار با استانداردهای بین‌المللی کنترل کیفیت و روش‌های نوین ارزیابی کیفی.
• مهارت در تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و موثر برای مدیریت ارشد.
• مهارت در ارائه راهکارهای بهینه برای بهبود کیفیت محصولات و فرایندها.

Kisan Pak, active in the printing and packaging industry and production of aseptic products (Tetrapak), is looking for an experienced and capable person for the position of quality control inspector to help us manage and improve production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and reviewing production processes to ensure compliance with product quality standards.
- Analyzing and reporting the results of tests and quality assessments.
- Risk identification and management. qualitative and Providing optimal solutions to reduce them.
- Close cooperation with production, research and development and management teams for continuous improvement of product quality.
- Implementation of quality control training for employees and promotion of quality culture in the organization.
- Ability to perform tests, qualitative and statistical analysis of products using related software. - Ability to manage quality control projects and related teams. - Ability to communicate effectively with production, research and development teams and other departments. - Ability to identify, analyze and manage risks. Quality in the production process. Qualification requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, quality control or related fields. - Specialized certificates in the field of quality control or quality management. (like ISO 9001).
- At least 6 months of related work experience in the field of quality control, especially in manufacturing and packaging industries.
- Experience working with international quality control standards and modern quality assessment methods
