The Senior Business Analyst Specialist for the Bus & Train vertical plays a critical role in analyzing commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve customer experience and profitability.
This role works closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, Operations, and Supply teams and serves as the analytical partner to the Flight Commercial Managers.

Resposibilities:

  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the flight product (Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Cancellation Rate, NPS, etc.).
  • Extract insights from user behavior across domestic and international routes.
  • Monitor fare trends and evaluate their impact on conversion and sales.
  • Measure the effectiveness of commercial campaigns, promotions, and pricing actions.
  • Track competitor pricing, market availability, seat inventory, and airline behavior.
  • Identify supply gaps on key routes and propose strategies to improve inventory coverage.
  • Perform demand forecasting for peak seasons (Nowruz, holidays, special events).
  • Build data models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver analytical reports for decision-making related to pricing, airline partnerships, promotions, and sales strategy.
  • Conduct scenario modeling for key decisions (pricing changes, policy updates, campaign strategies).
  • Perform pre-campaign risk analysis and provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to develop new metrics and analytical frameworks.

Requirments:

  • 3-5years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Ownership, accountability, and strong results-orientation.
  • Improved profitability and enhanced performance of core KPIs.
  • High-impact analytics that directly guide commercial decision-making.
  • Increased conversion rate and reduced process inefficiencies.
  • Reliable and insightful dashboards adopted across the commercial team.
  • Strong collaboration and alignment between Commercial, Product, and Data teams.
