Responsibilities:

  • Design core HR processes and develop process maps and guidelines for key procedures (such as promotions, internal mobility, and performance management).
  • Assist in designing and implementing the performance management system, analyze employee performance data, and create action plans to enhance the current state.
  • Collaborate with managers to analyze and redesign team structures to increase agility and efficiency.
  • Contribute to defining and clarifying career growth and promotion paths for key roles within the organization.
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure data accuracy in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and recommend new modules.
  • Design and execute small, targeted projects to strengthen organizational cultural values based on employee feedback.
  • Implement periodic surveys (e.g., eNPS), analyze the results to identify strengths and weaknesses in the employee experience, and propose improvement strategies.
  • Analyze feedback and relevant data to review and update internal policies and procedures.
  • Transform raw HR data into compelling narratives (Storytelling with Data) and provide key insights to managers for better decision-making.
  • Participate in the project of defining and implementing a core and technical competency model for various roles across the organization.
  • Identify weaknesses in the current performance appraisal process and manage its redesign project, focusing on simplicity, transparency, and continuous feedback.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management (HR, Industrial, MBA), Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Systems and Methods, particularly in roles such as P&OD Specialist, HR Analyst, HR Business Partner (HRBP), or Organizational Development.
  • Experience working in technology companies, e-commerce, or large startups is a key advantage.
  • Proven experience in successfully executing at least one process improvement or analytical project in the HR domain.
  • Full proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced functions, PivotTables, data visualization).
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and work with relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions.
  • Ability to present complex concepts simply and clearly to managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and designed processes.
  • A result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving tangible and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
