If you join us as a Performance Marketing Data Analyst Specialist, your mission will be:
- Conduct analyses based on CRM and performance marketing actions.
- Continuously report the results of analyses in collaboration with the performance marketing team and improve insights.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Leverage CRM data and performance analytics to refine marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition and retention, and ultimately increase revenue.
- Ensure continuous improvement of marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints through rigorous data measurement, reporting, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management
- Oversee and maintain the quality and integrity of data.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., eCRM, Digital Ads, SEO) to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data flow into marketing systems.
- Analysis & Insights
- Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns (e.g., SMS, push notifications, paid ads) to measure performance, identify opportunities, and forecast potential outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and retention metrics.
- Translate complex data sets into clear findings and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CRM Monitoring & Optimization
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute CRM strategies that engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
- Identify automation opportunities and help implement marketing automation workflows.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Own regular reporting on marketing performance, providing insights into campaign success and areas for optimization.
- Conduct A/B tests to validate assumptions and optimize marketing spend and tactics.
- Evaluate and implement data visualization tools to present findings in an accessible, actionable format.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance) to align on business goals and data-sharing needs.
- Communicate key insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Analytical expertise
- Marketing knowledge and familiarity with CRM
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Familiarity with Python
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High problem-solving ability
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Data Studio
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of business intelligence and familiarity with Power BI or Metabase
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
